Precise chip machining – CNC milling and CNC turning, orientated to manufacturing in small series and manufacturing of atypical precisely machined parts.
Special technology – metal sheets clinching. It concerns a new method of thin sheets joining into a total thickness of 4.5 mm that could replace the spot and resistance welding and in contrast to welding (with necessary descaling of welds) does not involve additional processing of metal sheets after the joining. Clinching is made by means of special clinching adapters for the LSC 6010 press that make it possible to produce a joint directly on the machine or to produce it by means of a manual clinching jig directly on the product. Clinched parts are supplied mainly to the producers of railroad vehicles and this application is also used in the automotive industry, in manufacturing of the capital-investment and consumer goods.
